How it all started
Paulo and Jazz met in February 2018 in the modern way – online! Their first date was at the Butcher’s Block in Wahroonga, the halfway point between the Central Coast and Mosman, where Jazz and Paulo lived. Jazz was pleasantly surprised after many awful first dates. Paulo remarked that Jazz looked better in real life than in her photos lol.
Paulo ‘downgraded’ from Mosman within a year and moved in with Jazz on the Central Coast. Five years later, they travelled together to many destinations– North America, Chile, Peru, and Brazil. They also bought their first home, became vegans, and welcomed two cats to the family – Tofu and Chickpea.
Paulo popped the question in December 2020 by placing the ring on Tofu’s collar! How could Jazz not accept such a cute proposition?!
They look forward to starting this new chapter together and can’t wait to celebrate with all of their favourite people.
